Orders are typically ready for collection at Kamel Potteries Depot or delivered to your specified address within 2–3 weeks, depending on the selected delivery option at checkout.
We accept returns within 14 days if items are unused and in their original condition. Kamel Potteries does not offer exchanges but will credit your account profile for future purchases. Custom items cannot be returned unless defective. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Before Your Order is Shipped:

After Your Order is Shipped:
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. While we may be able to assist with minor adjustments, note that changes at this stage will depend on the shipping provider’s policies.
